Fee
Schedule and Guarantee
TCCI's
mission is to provide our clients access to an elite
knowledge workforce consisting of staff who are highly
skilled professionals, and are among the top twenty
percent of the technical communications profession.
As
a client, you may choose to directly hire a TCCI workforce
member as an employee, or, you may choose to assign
them to a project on a contract basis for a specified
period of time. We encourage you to offer a trial period
on a temp-to-perm basis to ensure that there is a good
fit for long term employment.
Should
you elect to directly employ a TCCI staff member, the
fee would be based upon a percentage of the agreed annual
starting salary. Fees begin at 20%.
This
fee applies to staff, both regular full-time and contract,
that are referred or assigned by TCCI for a specific
or alternate position and/or assignment. Company clients
are responsible for above fees if you, an affiliate
of yours or any other entity as a result of subsequent
referrals, employ the person by you, either as an employee
or contractor, within six (6) months of the date of
our last referral.
Our
Six Month Guarantee
For
regular, full time employment, the full fee is due and
payable upon receipt of invoice. When the full fee is
paid within ten (10) days after the starting date of
employment, we will provide a six-month (180) day guarantee,
from starting date as follows:
First
thirty (30) days of employment:
We
will provide replacement at no cost, or refund one hundred
percent (100%) of the employment fee if an employee
leaves or is terminated for cause.
Remaining
one hundred and fifty (150) days:
We will provide a replacement of equal or less salary
at no cost if an employee leaves or is terminated for
cause. Should the replacement employee's salary exceed
original salary, the difference would be subject to
nominal fee.
