Agreement
We
are very serious about finding a match for your placement.
We ask that you take your job search as seriously as
we do.
Our
candidates agree to make the following commitment:
1.
I agree to respect TCCI's business practices and not
discuss our terms with clients.
2. I understand that as a TCCI candidate I represent
TCCI and agree to let TCCI's staff manage all appointments
required for my interviews.
3.
I agree not to enter into employment or contract work
with TCCI's clients on my own or through another agency
or referral for six months from the resume submittal
date, date of the interview. If placed by TCCI, I agree
not to accept employment with Client Company for six
months after the last day of work.
4.
I agree to make my job search expectations and limitations
known at the initial TCCI interview. This would include
desire to telecommute, pay expectations, geographic
restraints, desired dress code, benefits such as education
compensation, etc. In the event a job offer is made,
I agree to let TCCI represent me to negotiate all compensation
and work conditions. Candidates must agree to the above
terms before TCCI will present a resume to a client
for a contract, temporary to permanent assignment, permanent
position, or to work as a TCCI consultant.
