and Referral Process
TCCI
prides itself on being one of the first technical communications
firms to develop a web-based technical writing test
that will be administered to each of our candidates.
The test covers technical communication theory, editing
and production skills. The results of the test will
help us more quickly determine which assignments or
permanent positions you are most qualified for.
We
also thoroughly check all references and do an expert
review of work samples you provide.
Once
we've found the ideal positions, whether permanent or
on a per-project basis, we forward your resume to the
company for consideration. If your qualifications meets
the company's expectations on paper, we arrange for
an interview. We will then follow up with the company
within 24 hours to get their response.
